Terms & Conditions

1. All participants must be over 18 years of age.

2. No item may be listed for more than
   3 consecutive months after which it is the owner’s responsibility to remove the item from the premises.

3. The definition of external listing gives Seebay permission to list your item with a third party.

4. Seebay reserves the right to refuse any listing or offer without reason.

5. Seebay are in regular contact with the local crime prevention officer and will report any item suspected of being stolen or otherwise illegally offered for sale. Details of the vendor will be passed to them for action should they be requested.

6. Listings start and finish at midday no further offers will be registered after this time. Items may be listed prior to the start but will be subject to a daily storage charge.

7. The winner will be advised by close of business on the finishing day of the listing either by email, post or at Seebay's premises at 4 Honey Lane, Hertford, Herts.

8. Unsold items must be removed from the premises within 5 working days or a daily storage charge will be levied at the current rate advertised on the Seebay price list.

9. Uncollected/unpaid items will be re-listed/offered for sale or otherwise disposed of at Seebay's discretion.
